- Crab sticks in brine 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Cucumbers 0 oz
- Arugula 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken egg, peel it, and grate it on a fine grater. Peel the cucumbers and cut them into small strips. Mix the crab sticks and shrimp, and dress with lemon juice, soy sauce, and mayonnaise.
Step 2
On a flat round plate with a diameter of about 10 cm, place the sliced cucumber as the first layer, pressing it down slightly with a spoon. The second layer is the grated egg, also pressed down with a spoon. The third layer consists of the main mixture of shrimp and crab sticks, then remove the ring. Garnish with arugula (optionally, you can decorate with a sliced lime circle).
