Shredded Cabbage Salad
Ingredients
- Leafy Mustard 1 bunch
- White Cabbage 1 piece
- Animal Feed Cabbage 1 bunch
- Broccoli ½ piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Spanish onions ½ head
- Celery stalk 1 piece
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Coconut Urbech 1 piece
- Dill 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Ocean salt 1 tablespoon
- Dates 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the leafy cabbage and savoy cabbage in a food processor. Chop.
Step 2
Mix the cabbage and scrape down the sides of the processor, then process again. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 3
In the food processor, add the feed cabbage, chopped carrot, broccoli, finely chopped onion and garlic, herbs, and celery. Process everything twice to your desired consistency.
Step 4
Combine with the cabbage.
Step 5
Drain the coconut milk and mix it with lemon juice, 2 cloves of garlic, dill, sea salt, and dates.
Step 6
Pour everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 7
Add olive oil and blend until creamy.
Step 8
Pour the sauce over the cabbage mixture and gently mix.
