Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash 1 piece
- Soy Sauce 5 tablespoons
- Pork Blood 5 oz
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Korean-style Carrots to taste
- Iceberg Lettuce 1 head
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Courgette 1 piece
- Toasted Sesame 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the sauce, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame seeds, and olive oil. Cut the pork into the thinnest flat pieces possible and let it marinate in the sauce for a few minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the vegetables into strips. Heat a skillet.
Step 3
Sauté the meat in the skillet, then add the sauce to thicken it and simmer for a few more minutes.
Step 4
Place lettuce, vegetables, and meat on the lavash, add a bit more thickened sauce and sesame seeds on top. Roll it up, cut in half, and serve.
