Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 5 oz
- Mandarins 2 pieces
- Romaine lettuce 1 bunch
- Iceberg Lettuce 1 bunch
- Potato 1 piece
- Scallions to taste
- Lime 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Olive Oil to taste
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Radish 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and fry until cooked.
Step 2
In a salad bowl, mix the two types of lettuce, chopped tomato, radish, and a few pieces of carrot.
Step 3
Add the cooled chicken and pieces of mandarin.
Step 4
Toss, season with salt and pepper to taste, and drizzle with a mixture of lime juice and olive oil.
