- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Shallots 2 heads
- Salt ¾ teaspoon
- Millet 1 cup

Step 1
To prepare shallots with millet, heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the shallots and ¾ teaspoon of salt.

Sauté, stirring occasionally, until the shallots become slightly soft and translucent (about 10 minutes).

Add the millet, mix well, then add 1.7 cups of water.
Step 4
