Ingredients
- Green Papaya 20 oz
- Turnips 4 pieces
- Onion 2 heads
- Lemon 4 pieces
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the cabbage and shred it. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. Place the vegetables in a salad bowl.
Step 2
Peel the onion and grate it on a medium grater, transfer it to a bowl for the dressing. Squeeze the lemons into it and mix the grated onion with the lemon, adding salt and pepper.
Step 3
Mix everything together.
