Ingredients
- Large tail-on shrimp 4 pieces
- Mixed salad greens 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Vinegar essence 0 fl oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Sesame bun to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the sauce: finely chop the onion and garlic. Mix together with vegetable oil, sugar, salt, lemon juice, soy sauce, and vinegar.
Step 2
Remove the shells from the shrimp and sauté in a pan until cooked through. Season with salt and sprinkle with pepper.
Step 3
Place the salad and shrimp on a plate. Drizzle with sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
