Ingredients

  • Nut Bread 1 piece
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Marinated cherries 3 pieces
  • Yellow Beets 2 pieces
  • Pickled pearl onions 5 pieces
  • 20% Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
  • Quail Egg 1 piece
  • Onion ¼ head
  • Pesto 1 tablespoon
  • Cress salad to taste
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish 0 oz
  • Aioli Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
  • Whole egg 1 piece
  • Celery salt to taste
  • Potato protein 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare potato croquettes: boil the potatoes until tender. Mash them, mix in the yolk, add starch and salt. Form into balls and coat in dry celery root shavings.

Step 2

Boil the beets until tender. Cool.

Step 3

Boil the quail egg, cool, peel, and cut in half.

Step 4

Boil the chicken egg, cool, and take the yolk for the sandwich.

Step 5

Serving: slice the loaf of black bread lengthwise into eight pieces about 1 cm thick. Take one piece for the sandwich. Lightly toast the bread in the oven and let it cool. Spread a thin layer of butter. Arrange all the specified ingredients on top of the sandwich in a random order.
