Ingredients
- Squid 2 pieces
- Green Apples 1 piece
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Red Caviar 0 oz
- Cucumbers 3 pieces
- Sliced Processed Cheese 3 teaspoons
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Lemon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour boiling water over the squid, clean them, and cut into strips. In a frying pan, pour the olive oil and immediately add the squid, which should be stewed in their own juice for 2 minutes, not fried. Then let cool.
Step 2
Peel the apple, cut it into strips, and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 3
Peel the cucumbers and remove the seeds, cut into strips, and add to the salad bowl with the apples.
Step 4
Cut the salmon into thin strips and add to the salad bowl.
Step 5
Add the squid.
Step 6
Mix the mayonnaise (if making homemade, use lemon juice as the acid) with the processed cheese and whisk well. Use the resulting sauce to dress the salad.
Step 7
Serve chilled with caviar and a slice of lemon.
