Ingredients
- Spaghetti 10 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Shrimp 10 oz
- Arugula 1 bunch
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil ⅓ cup
- Lemon ½ piece
- Oyster Mushrooms 1 tablespoon
- Honey 1 teaspoon
- Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Pistachios to taste
- Leek ¼ stalk
- Capers to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Marinate the shrimp in a mixture of oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Cook the spaghetti according to the time indicated on the package.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a hot skillet, pour a little oil and add sliced bell pepper, shrimp, and leek; sauté for about 6 minutes.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine the seafood, spaghetti, pepper, add torn salad leaves, a handful of toasted nuts, and capers.
Step 5
Make the dressing: balsamic vinegar + mustard + honey + pepper + olive oil.
Step 6
Drizzle the dressing over the salad, gently toss. Serve immediately (you can add a little Parmesan).
