Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season the cleaned seafood with salt and pepper to taste, then sauté in a hot skillet with 40 ml of olive oil, crushed garlic cloves, and thyme for three minutes. Next, add butter and remove the skillet from the heat.
Step 2
Combine lime juice, pickled ginger, honey, soy sauce, and 10 ml of olive oil.
Step 3
Arrange arugula, a lemon wedge, and the sautéed seafood on a plate, then drizzle with dressing before serving.
