Ingredients
- Squid 6 pieces
- Crab Meat 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Shrimp 5 oz
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 10 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Gelatin 3 teaspoons
- Red Caviar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil all ingredients, chop them, and set aside a few shrimp for decoration.
Step 2
Soak the gelatin in 100 ml of water for 1 hour, then heat until the gelatin dissolves and mix with the mayonnaise.
Step 3
Dress the salad, place it in a mold, and refrigerate overnight.
Step 4
Once the salad has set, wrap it in salmon and decorate with shrimp.
