Seafood in Grapefruit
Ingredients
- Seafood cocktail 20 oz
- Grapefruits 3 pieces
- Avocado 1 piece
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Toasted Sesame to taste
- Salt to taste
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thaw the seafood mixture.
Step 2
Wash the grapefruits and cut off the tops. Carefully scoop out the flesh of the grapefruits with a spoon, making sure not to damage the skin. Remove the membranes from the flesh and cut it into large pieces.
Step 3
Wash the avocado, cut it in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, and slice it into half-moons. Mix the seafood with the avocado and grapefruit flesh, season with salt and pepper, add olive oil, and stir.
Step 4
Stuff the grapefruits with this mixture, cover with the cut-off tops, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Step 5
Remove the salad from the refrigerator, sprinkle with pine nuts, and serve.
