  • Seafood cocktail 1 piece
  • Cucumbers 2 pieces
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Mixed salad greens to taste
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place the seafood cocktail (a mix of seafood) in boiling water for 1–2 minutes, then drain, dry, and cool.

Step 2

Wash and dry the salad leaves, cucumbers, tomatoes, and bell peppers.

Step 3

Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds and cut the tomatoes into wedges.

Step 4

Remove seeds and membranes from the bell peppers and slice them into rings.

Step 5

Arrange the salad leaves on a plate.

Step 6

Place the seafood in the center and surround it with the vegetables, alternating colors.

Step 7

Prepare the dressing by mixing 1–2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Step 8

Drizzle the prepared dressing over the seafood.
