Sea Bass Salad with Vegetables
Ingredients
- Sea Bass 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Apple 1 piece
- Canned Mushroom Soup 1 tablespoon
- Cucumbers 1 piece
- Dill 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- New Potatoes 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the sea bass fillet in a small amount of water with added salt and pepper, cool and cut into cubes.
Step 2
Cut the cucumber, apple, and potatoes into small cubes, leaving some cucumber and apple for garnish. Cut the eggs into cubes.
Step 3
Mix the prepared ingredients with the green peas and dress with mayonnaise. Place in a salad bowl and garnish with slices of cucumber and apple, and herbs.
