Description

Here, as in most sandwich recipes with eggs, the goal is to catch the scrambled eggs at the moment when they have just stopped being runny, but have not yet begun to dry out. This sandwich can also be made with any other type of bread. For example, with dark Borodinsky bread or regular rye bread.

  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Milk 0 fl oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Scallions 0 oz
  • Shrimp 0 oz
  • Armenian Lavash ¼ pieces
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Finely chop the peeled small cooked shrimp and green onions, then mix them with the eggs, milk, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Then sauté everything together in a mixture of butter and olive oil until the desired consistency is reached. After that, transfer it from the pan into a pre-rolled pouch made from Armenian lavash.

Step 3

You should wrap the lavash in a similar way to how shawarma vendors do it.
