Ingredients
- Rye Bread 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Dill 0 oz
- Shrimp 4 pieces
- Paprika to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard, then immerse them in cold water.
Step 3
Peel the shrimp, leaving the tails for presentation if desired. Slit their backs and remove the intestines.
Step 4
Drop the shrimp into boiling salted water and cook for just a couple of minutes, then transfer to cold water to stop the cooking process.

Slice the rye bread into serving pieces.
Step 6
Toast the bread in a dry skillet or in a toaster.

Peel the eggs and chop them finely.
Step 8
Chop the dill finely.
Step 9
Add mayonnaise, dill, paprika, pepper, and salt to the eggs, and mix well.

Spread the egg mixture on the bread, top with shrimp, and serve for breakfast.
