Ingredients
- Scallops 12 pieces
- Cucumbers 10 oz
- Marinated cherries 10 oz
- Iceberg Lettuce 5 oz
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese 5 oz
- Grapeseed Oil 2 spoons
- Soy Sauce ¼ spoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Quickly boil the scallop shrimp for 2–3 minutes after the water starts boiling. Then cut them into large pieces.
Step 2
Coarsely chop the cucumber.
Step 3
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 4
Tear the iceberg lettuce leaves. Mix everything together, adding the mozzarella balls. Season with grape seed oil, a couple of drops of soy sauce, and a pinch of salt.
