Scallop Salad
Ingredients
- Scallops 20 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Turnips 3 pieces
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Parsley 5 oz
- Dill to taste
- Basil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
- Parsley to taste
- Pasta (corkscrew) 0 oz
- Chives to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the scallops in salted water for 4 minutes, adding the parsley root to the pot.
Step 2
Hard boil the eggs and chop them finely.
Step 3
In a separate pot, boil the potatoes and carrots. Peel and chop the cooled vegetables and cucumbers. Slice the boiled scallops.
Step 4
Cook the pasta in salted water.
Step 5
Place the ingredients in a salad bowl: first the pasta, then the scallops, eggs, and vegetables, sour cream, pepper, and spices to taste, mixing everything thoroughly. Garnish the salad with parsley or basil sprigs, chopped chives, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
