Description

- White bread 4 pieces
- Mozzarella Cheese 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Champignons 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ground Paprika ½ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Dill to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soften the butter in the microwave for 20 seconds at 20% power.
Step 2
Wash, clean, and finely chop the mushrooms.
Step 3
Peel the garlic and grate it on a fine grater.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 5
Wash the parsley and dill, dry them, finely chop, and mix half with the butter, garlic, and salt.

Spread the resulting green butter on each slice of bread.
Step 7
Season the chopped mushrooms with salt, add paprika, mix, and place on the prepared slices of bread.
Step 8
Arrange the sandwiches on a serving platter, sprinkle with a mixture of grated cheese and remaining herbs.

Bake for 30 seconds at 100% power until the cheese starts to melt.
