Ingredients
- Sauerkraut 10 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Canned Baby Beets 5 oz
- Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the sauerkraut in a deep bowl.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Combine the onion and sauerkraut.
Step 4
Peel the garlic.
Step 5
Press the garlic through a garlic press.
Step 6
Add black pepper.
Step 7
Dress with olive oil.
Step 8
Also dress with mustard oil.
Step 9
Add the grated cooked beets.
Step 10
Season with salt and mix.
Step 11
Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
