Sauerkraut and Boiled Potato Salad
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Sauerkraut 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Vinegar essence 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the sauerkraut.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Step 3
Dice the onion and marinate it in table vinegar (6%) for 50-120 minutes. Once the onion is marinated in the vinegar, mix all the chopped ingredients: sauerkraut, potatoes, and onion. Then add the vegetable oil, mustard oil, and the vinegar in which the onion was marinated.
Step 4
Optionally, you can add any spices and herbs.
