- Neuchâtel cheese 0 oz
- Honey ½ teaspoon
- Orange zest ¼ teaspoon
- Sourdough Bread 4 slices
- Strawberry 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix the cheese, honey, and orange zest.
Step 2
Slice the strawberries into thin pieces.
Step 3
Spread the cheese mixture on all slices of bread. On two of them, place the strawberries on top of the cheese mixture, then cover with the remaining bread, cheese side down. Press down lightly.
