- Whole Grain Bun 1 piece
- Veal Tenderloin 5 oz
- Banana Leaves 1 bunch
- Swiss Cheese 0 oz
- Spanish onions ¼ head
- Mayonnaise ½ tablespoon
- Horseradish Leaves 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill or barbecue. Brush the meat with vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper. Place on the grill and cook for a few minutes until done, turning occasionally. Let it cool slightly and slice into thin pieces.
Step 2
Slice the bun in half lengthwise and on the bottom half, layer the thinly sliced meat, followed by a slice of cheese, the lettuce leaves, and the thinly sliced onion. Drizzle with the mayonnaise and horseradish sauce, then cover with the top half of the bun.
