- Potato 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Ham 2 slices
- Marinara sauce 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat 2 slices of bread in a skillet and set aside on a plate.
Step 2
Pour a little vegetable oil into the skillet and place 2 thin slices of tomato for 25–30 seconds, then flip and cook for another 15–20 seconds. Set aside.
Step 3
Carefully fry the egg so that the yolk does not break. Cover with a lid for 2–2.5 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, spread garlic sauce (for example, Heinz, available in many supermarkets) on one slice of bread, then add the tomatoes and ham.
Step 5
When the egg is ready, place it on the ham, season with salt and pepper to taste, and cover with the second slice of toast. Eat immediately.
