Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Pickles 1 piece
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Smoked haddock fillet 1 can
- Garlic 3 cloves

Boil the potatoes and eggs. Cool, then peel.

Grate the potatoes on a coarse or fine grater.

Grate the eggs on a coarse or fine grater.
Step 4
Finely chop the pickle (medium-sized).
Step 5
Place the canned salmon fillet on a plate, cut it with a knife, and mash it with a fork.
Step 6
Grate the garlic on a fine grater or crush it in a garlic press. (Garlic can be replaced with onion or omitted entirely. If using onion, chop it finely).
Step 7
Combine everything in a salad bowl, add mayonnaise, and mix.
