Ingredients
- Egg noodles for wok 5 oz
- Green Tea (brick) 0 oz
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers ½ piece
- Scallions 6 pieces
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Peanut Sprouts ¼ cup
- Dried Apricots 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Chili jam 2 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ground coriander to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the tea into a pan and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add the noodles, reduce the heat, and cook for 5 minutes until soft.
Step 3
Rinse under cold water and drain.
Step 4
Cut the fish into thin strips and mix with the red bell pepper, red onion, green onions, chili, bean sprouts, and dried apricots in a large bowl.
Step 5
Mix with soy sauce, oil, and add the noodles. Toss to combine.
Step 6
Divide onto 2 plates and drizzle with chili sauce.
