Salmon and cream cheese sandwiches
Ingredients
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
- Rye Bread 8 pieces
- Balsamic Vinegar 2 spoons
- Dill 8 stalks
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 4 pieces
- Banana Leaves 4 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the cheese in a bowl, add olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and mix well. Season with pepper to taste, add the finely chopped tops of four sprigs of dill, and mix again.
Step 2
Place a leaf of lettuce on each of the four slices of bread, then spread cheese on top. Spread cheese on the remaining slices of bread as well.
Step 3
Place a slice of salmon on the bread with lettuce and cover with the remaining pieces of bread. Top with a sprig of dill.
