- Lightly Salted Red Fish 10 oz
- Homemade Cheese 10 oz
- Arugula to taste
- Romaine lettuce to taste
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Olives stuffed with lemon to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the cheese into cubes.
Step 2
Thinly slice the trout.
Step 3
Thinly slice the cucumbers into half-moons.
Step 4
Cut the baguette into large cubes and sauté it with garlic in sunflower oil.
Step 5
Mix all ingredients with arugula and romaine, and dress with olive oil and lemon.
