Ingredients
- Beef tongue 5 oz
- Courgette 1 piece
- Pickled Cauliflower 5 oz
- Quail Egg 9 pieces
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 10 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Boil the quail eggs for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the boiled eggs into four pieces.
Step 4
Slice the boiled tongue into strips.
Step 5
Also slice the fresh and pickled cucumbers into strips.
Step 6
Peel the potatoes and grate them.
Step 7
Rinse with cold water several times.
Step 8
Dry with a paper towel.
Step 9
Fry in small batches in hot oil for 3–4 minutes.
Step 10
Transfer to a paper towel and let excess oil drain.
Step 11
Assemble the salad.
