Ingredients
- Turnips 3 pieces
- Onion 2 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Pickles 2 pieces
- Beef tongue 10 oz
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the tongue or meat, cool it down, and cut it into strips.
Step 2
Slice the onion into thin half-rings and sauté it in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Grate the carrots using a Korean carrot grater (or cut them into thin strips) and sauté them separately from the onion.
Step 4
Cut the pickles into strips like the other ingredients.
Step 5
Crush the garlic.
Step 6
Season everything with salt and pepper, dress with mayonnaise, and mix.
