Ingredients
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 5 oz
- Arugula 5 oz
- Green Butter 5 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Green Figs 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Feta cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the onions into not very thin rings (about 7 mm thick) and place them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, add salt to taste, and drizzle with a little vegetable oil. Put the onions to caramelize in the oven at medium heat for 20 minutes.
Step 2
On a plate, arrange the chopped green lettuce and arugula, then top with diced figs, caramelized onions, sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese, and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
