  • Buckwheat Groats 10 oz
  • Tomatoes 3 pieces
  • Beetroot 1 piece
  • Ocean salt to taste

Step 1

Soak the green buckwheat to allow it to sprout a little (overnight is fine).

Step 2

Dice the tomatoes and beetroot (cooked or raw), mix with the sprouted buckwheat, add spices and other ingredients to taste. You can sprinkle with black cumin.
