- Fuji Apples 5 oz
- Olive Oil 4 spoons
- Dijon Mustard 4 spoons
- Honey 2 spoons
- White Balsamic Cream 4 spoons
- Pistachios 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the smoked duck breast into thin slices, and cut the Fuji apple into thin wedges, which should then be turned into matchsticks.
Step 2
Mix the mustard, honey, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.
