Salad with Sausage, Beans, and Croutons
Ingredients
- Chorizo 15 oz
- Canned Baby Beets 1 can
- Korean-style Carrots 5 oz
- White bread 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Dill to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the crust off the bread and dice it into 1 cm cubes.
Step 2
Toast the croutons in the oven for 7–10 minutes.
Step 3
Let the croutons cool slightly.
Step 4
Add 0.5 teaspoon of salt to the vegetable oil.
Step 5
Add minced garlic and mix well.
Step 6
Place the croutons in a deep bowl, pour the garlic oil over them, cover with a lid, and shake well to coat all the croutons with garlic oil.
Step 7
Cut the sausage into strips.
Step 8
Combine the croutons, sausage, Korean carrots, and red canned beans (drain all liquid from the carrots and beans beforehand).
Step 9
Add mayonnaise.
Step 10
Mix thoroughly.
Step 11
Serve, garnished with a sprig of herbs.
