- Arugula 5 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
The fillet of fresh salmon is salted the day before and placed in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 2
The next day, marinate by mixing curry with cream. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then add classic vinaigrette salad dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
