Ingredients
- Arugula 1 bunch
- Yellow Beets 2 pieces
- Marinated cherries 0 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon to taste
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Pickled capers to taste
- Salmon 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the beets until soft (if the beets are small — about 40 minutes).
Step 2
If the salmon is fresh — lightly fry it over high heat until golden brown. You can use lightly salted or salted salmon — then just cut it into small pieces.
Step 3
Slice the radishes and cooked beets, arrange all the ingredients on a plate, and dress with a small amount of olive oil or cranberry salad dressing.
