Salad with Salmon and Avocado

Ingredients

  • Avocado 1 piece
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • Olives stuffed with lemon 1 can
  • Iceberg Lettuce 1 bunch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the package of salad leaves coarsely (I used Iceberg, but you can probably experiment with others as well).

Step 2

Cut the fillet of lightly salted salmon (or trout) into not very small slices. Chop the hard-boiled eggs, shred the avocado, and add a can of olives - preferably large ones.

Step 3

For the dressing, mix the juice of half a lemon with a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste. Dress the salad with the resulting mixture.
