  • Green lettuce 1 head
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Natural Yogurt 5 oz
  • Olive Oil 3 tablespoons

Slice the tomatoes into rings and sauté in a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil until they start to darken (they will resemble sun-dried tomatoes).

Step 2

For the dressing: add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the yogurt, crush the garlic, and mix well until you have a smooth sauce.
