- Cucumbers 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Roast the eggplants in the oven for 12 minutes at 430°F.
Step 2
Cut them into wedges.
Step 3
Slice the fresh cucumber.
Step 4
Cut the large white and red grapes in half lengthwise.
Step 5
