Salad with Ricotta and Chicken
Ingredients
- Pickled Apples 3 pieces
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 10 oz
- Water 3 tablespoons
- Honey 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Green Butter to taste
- Chicken fillet 3 pieces
- Olive Oil 6 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 2 teaspoons
- Champagne Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine all ingredients for the dressing and mix well.
Step 2
Wash the apples, cut them in half, remove the core, and slice thinly. Slice the chicken fillet in the same way, and crumble the ricotta with a fork into small pieces.
Step 3
In a plate, arrange the chicken with apples and lettuce leaves (tear the lettuce leaves by hand), top with pieces of ricotta, dress the salad with the mustard dressing, and serve. Optionally, you can garnish with halved boiled quail eggs.
