Ingredients
- Champagne Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Radicchio Salad 15 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Banana Leaves 5 oz
- Chives 0 oz
- Gruyère cheese 5 oz
- Walnuts 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix the mustard and vinegar. Then gradually add the oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cut the red radicchio into long strips and transfer to a bowl. Add the lettuce leaves and chopped chives. Cover and chill. Whisk the salad dressing again and drizzle over the salad. Toss well, add grated cheese and walnuts, mix again, and transfer to a serving bowl.
