Salad with red fish and pine nuts

Ingredients

  • Corn Salad to taste
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
  • Marinated cherries 6 pieces
  • Roasted Peanuts to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Take a bowl for the salad and place the corn salad (or arugula, or salad leaves, or spinach, or any other 'greens' that you like) into it.

Step 2

Add halved cherry tomatoes, nuts, and sliced fish.

Step 3

Add salt and spices (I use an Italian blend, which is a very good combination).

Step 4

You can also add some cheese to taste, for example, grated Parmigiano-Reggiano or pieces of feta. Dress with oil — I recommend balsamic or soy sauce (just one tablespoon will elevate the flavor!).
