  • Red Caviar 5 oz
  • Rice 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
  • Salmon 5 oz
  • Spanish onions 1 head
  • Mixed salad greens to taste
  • Mayonnaise to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cook the rice until done, drain it in a sieve, and rinse under cold water.

Step 2

Boil the eggs hard, cool them, peel, and chop finely.

Step 3

Dice the salmon and onion into small cubes.

Step 4

Combine the rice, eggs, onion, and salmon, dress with mayonnaise, and mix gently.

Step 5

Wash the salad greens and dry them.

Step 6

Place the leaves at the bottom of a salad bowl, layer the fish salad on top, and then add a layer of caviar.

Step 7

Serve.
