  • Chicken Eggs 3 pieces
  • Green Onion with Bulb 1 bunch
  • Herbs 0 oz
  • Soft Low-Fat Cottage Cheese 0 oz
  • 1% Kefir 0 fl oz
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil two eggs for 6 minutes, then immediately immerse them in cold water and let cool.

Step 2

Wash and dry the vegetables, onion, and herbs.

Step 3

Slice the cucumber (1-2 pieces) and radish (6-7 pieces) into half-rings, and the green onion into rings.

Step 4

Mix the 2% soft cottage cheese and thick non-sour 1% kefir, then add finely chopped herbs and a pinch of salt to the mixture.

Step 5

Combine the vegetables, onion, and cottage cheese sauce with herbs, and top with sliced egg.
