Ingredients
- Quince 1 piece
- Carrot 5 oz
- Beetroot 5 oz
- Gherkins 0 oz
- Capers 0 oz
- Honey 5 oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Grapeseed Oil 5 fl oz
- Kailomania: Mix No. 2 "White Dacha" 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the quince, carrot, and beetroot using a vegetable peeler and slice them into thin strips. You can also use a grater.
Step 2
Whisk together the honey and vinegar, adding salt and pepper. While continuing to whisk, gradually pour in the oil.
Step 3
Dress the quince, beetroot, and carrot separately with the resulting sauce. Reserve a bit of the sauce to dress the kale mix.
Step 4
Thinly slice the gherkins and chop the capers. Combine the gherkins and capers.
Step 5
Using a culinary ring, first layer the beets, followed by the quince, then a thin layer of cucumbers with capers, and finish with a layer of carrots. Arrange a salad mix beautifully around the tower.
