Ingredients

  • Quail Egg 8 pieces
  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Spinach 5 oz
  • Green Butter 5 oz
  • Natural Yogurt 5 fl oz
  • Black sesame seeds 2 teaspoons
  • Red Long Chili Peppers a pinch
  • Red Curry Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the quail eggs for 2–3 minutes after boiling.

Step 2

Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.

Step 3

Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with hot pepper.

Step 4

Wash the cucumber, dry it, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice it thinly.

Step 5

Prepare the dressing. Mix the yogurt with curry.

Step 6

Season with salt and pepper, and mix.

Step 7

On four serving plates, arrange the lettuce leaves and spinach.

Step 8

Tear the large leaves.

Step 9

Top the leaves with cucumber and eggs.

Step 10

Drizzle the dressing on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
