Salad with Pumpkin and Feta Cheese
Ingredients
- Pumpkin 5 oz
- Black Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Olive Oil 10 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin, cut it into cubes, and sauté in a pan for 3-4 minutes (add salt). Then transfer it to a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Step 2
In the meantime, slice the tomatoes (into wedges) and the cheese (into cubes).
Step 3
Place all the ingredients on a plate along with the warm pumpkin. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Optionally, add sweet grapes to taste. It pairs well with a piece of baguette.
