Ingredients

  • Pitted Wild Apricots 5 oz
  • Smoked Chicken 10 oz
  • Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Courgette 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

For preparation, you will need a mold of any kind. Layer the salad components in it, spreading mayonnaise in between.

Step 2

The first layer is the smoked chicken breast, cut into strips.

Step 3

The second layer is the mashed yolks of 6 eggs.

Step 4

The third layer is the prunes, cut into strips (previously soaked in boiling water for a few hours).

Step 5

The fourth layer is the champignon mushrooms, sautéed with onion (season with salt and pepper).

Step 6

The fifth layer is a fresh cucumber, julienned (add salt).

Step 7

The sixth layer is the smoked chicken breast, topped with grated egg whites.
