You can use feta and goat cheese instead of ricotta.
Ingredients
- Honey 2 teaspoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Salt 0.1 teaspoons
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Mint Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Banana Leaves 5 oz
- Donut Peaches 2 pieces
- Prosciutto 5 oz
- Ricotta cheese 5 oz
- Sunflower Seeds 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix lemon juice, honey, black pepper, and salt. While whisking, slowly add the olive oil. Then add finely chopped mint leaves.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the lettuce leaves with sliced peaches. Drizzle with the dressing and gently toss.
Step 3
Divide onto plates. Top with chopped prosciutto, ricotta, and seeds.
